What Makes Us Different
A Modern Approach to Movement Health
We are not a physical therapy, massage, stretching, or chiropractor office. We are not a personal training facility.
We are a premium movement health company.
The quality of movement—the way you move can have tremendous impact on alleviating pain, injury prevention, performance, and recovery. Achieving exceptional movement health encompasses everything Stretch Affect has to offer: a full-body assessment, hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercises, and tailored fitness programming, allowing you to get out of pain and reach your maximum potential.
We go beyond the status quo to deliver exceptional results
We start with the belief that everything is connected. Often times your primary issue can stem from problems elsewhere. We don’t just accept an issue at face value. To identify the root of your issue, we’ve created an extensive full-body assessment that examines how you move and identifies any deficiencies that will guide your personalized treatment plan. Along with a physical assessment, we feel it’s important to get to know you—we spend time one-on-one getting to know your injury history, lifestyle, activities, habits, and movement goals.
Each and every time you meet with Stretch Affect, you get one-on-one time with your movement health specialist, no assistants, no self-directed training; spend time engaging, learning, and improving with your specialist. This individual attention not only propels you to get better faster, but also you begin to understand how your body should move, giving you the power to stay healthy and pain-free.

The magic is all in the assessment. We dig deep, from your physical history to your future goals and everything in-between. We take the time to listen to you and formulate the best plan based on where you are and where you want to go. Remember the best chefs have access to the same food and same equipment as you and me, but it is how they prepare and put everything together that makes them special. Same for us! After the assessment you will work out a schedule that best fits your needs.

Anyone growth-minded and committed to the process. We work with executives, entrepreneurs, working moms and dads, weekend warriors, high-school athletes, and retirees. We have worked with everyone from a Forbes list billionaire, to one of the highest-paid athletes in sport, to a hard-working small service business owner. If you are looking to live better and are ready to value your body for the experiences it enables, then we are ready to get started.
Your first session is one hour. Follow-up appointments are typically 55-minutes but could vary depending on your individual needs on any given day.
Sessions are typically a combination of hands-on manual therapy to address any pain points and corrective or strength exercises. Show up with comfortable clothes and an open mind. We recommend athletic attire or something you can move freely in.
It depends. Based on your assessment, goals, and budget, a tailored program will be recommended. Many of our clients prefer a frequency-based 3-month long membership commitment, but we also offer a short-term and ad-hoc option. If you are in pain, our specialists will be able to provide a more specific recommendation catered to your needs. The more time you dedicate to doing at-home therapy, the quicker results will be realized.
At the end of your initial 3-month membership commitment, you can move between any of the membership levels as you see fit.
Your membership also includes access to the recovery suite which offers:
- Infrared Sauna
- Normatech Compression Devices
- Venom heat and vibration wearables
- Silent Mode, Muse
- Core meditation training devices
We do not. We do not believe insurance companies should dictate the limits of your care. Although, many of our clients use their HSA (Health Spending Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) accounts to pay for our services
We respect your time, and we ask that you respect ours. Per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we require 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session. But we are very reasonable and understand that life happens. We can offer virtual sessions in place of in-person sessions at any time, and of course you can send a family or friend to fill your spot.
No problem, for absences of 2 weeks or longer, with notice, we can pause your account. When you return, you will pick up where you left off.
However, we allow sessions to be made up within the three-month period and encourage you to try and make time in your busy schedule for your own movement health, as we find members experience the greatest improvements with regular committed attendance.
