Stretch and Strengthen
Getting out of pain is a priority, but first we have to find out why the pain is there. Your full-body assessment will tell us where your weaknesses are and where your pain may be coming from. Sometimes those weaknesses are mobility problems, sometimes they are stability problems. They can also be purely strength or power deficiencies. Our practitioners will then create a treatment and training program to free up tension and/or tighten up laxity. We will continue to evaluate movement quality so as to always work on your weakest links.

Performance training can only happen when we have achieved the prerequisites for each joint to function well enough for your movement requirements. No matter what your sport of choice is, sufficient strength and power are critical to overcome natural forces, like gravity, and prevent injury. When it comes to explosive sports these elements are even more important to dominate your competition.
